These simple, cheap and water conserving devices allow you to wash you hands in a safe and efficient manner and we'll be teaching people to install these all over in the district of Deou (Burkina Faso) - in schools, health clinics and individual homes. Washing hands with soap could save 500,000 children’s lives a year globally. Turning handwashing with soap before eating and after using the toilet into an ingrained habit could save more lives than any single vaccine or medical intervention, cutting deaths from diarrhea by almost half and deaths from acute respiratory infections by one-quarter.
